1. TrackForge is not a medical service
TrackForge LLC provides a training-log and coaching-support tool for track & field. It is not a medical device, not a healthcare provider, and not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Nothing in TrackForge is medical advice. That includes workouts, training plans, readiness scores, wellness trends, injury records, and everything the AI coaching assistant says.
Always seek the advice of a physician or other qualified health professional with any question about a medical condition or an injury. Never disregard professional medical advice, or delay seeking it, because of something you read in TrackForge. If you think you may have a medical emergency, call your doctor or emergency services immediately.
2. TrackForge is not your coach
Where a school, club, or team uses TrackForge, the coaching staff of that organization directs training. TrackForge supplies tools they use; it does not supervise training or observe athletes in real time. Technique analysis reviews the frames you choose to submit together with the on-device pose and timing measurements sent with them, and may be incomplete or wrong. It cannot determine whether a movement or session is safe.
Where an athlete uses TrackForge without an organization coach, TrackForge does not provide supervision. In that case the athlete, or the athlete’s parent or guardian, is solely responsible for judging whether any session is appropriate.
3. The AI assistant can be wrong
The AI coaching assistant and the coach-facing planning copilot produce responses from a language model. They can be inaccurate, incomplete, or confidently wrong. They receive only the information and, for technique analysis, frames and derived pose and timing measurements that you or your coach submit. They do not watch training live.
Do not rely on an AI response as the sole basis for a training, health, or return-to-play decision. A coach or qualified professional should review any plan before an athlete follows it. Readiness scores and wellness trends are computed from numbers the athlete self-reported; they are an aid to judgment, not a clearance to train.
4. Assumption of risk
Track and field training carries inherent risk of physical injury, including serious injury. That risk exists in sprinting, jumping, throwing, and resistance training whether or not software is involved.
By using TrackForge to plan, log, or follow training, you acknowledge that:
- You accept the risk. You are voluntarily participating in physical activity and accept its risks.
- You will consult a physician. You are responsible for consulting a physician before beginning or significantly changing a training program, and particularly if you have a known condition, are recovering from an injury, or have been advised to limit exercise.
- You will stop when something is wrong. Stop immediately and seek help if you experience pain, dizziness, chest discomfort, shortness of breath, or any other warning sign, regardless of what a plan or an AI response says.
- Your judgment comes first. Your own judgment, and that of your coaches and medical professionals, overrides anything TrackForge shows you.
5. Minors
Where the athlete is a minor, the parent or guardian is responsible for the acknowledgments in section 4 on the athlete’s behalf, and for deciding whether participation is appropriate. Where a school or club administers the account, that organization is responsible for supervision, for its own athlete-safety policies, and for any medical clearance its athletes require.
TrackForge’s guardian and consent controls exist to support that responsibility. They do not transfer it to us.
6. No guarantee of results
Athletic outcomes depend on genetics, coaching, effort, nutrition, recovery, sleep, competition, and luck. TrackForge makes no promise about performance improvement, personal records, injury reduction, recruitment, or any other outcome.
7. Third-party information
The Research Library and similar features surface content published by third parties. That content is theirs, we do not endorse it, and we do not warrant its accuracy. Competition results imported from external sources are reproduced as published; correct any error with the source that published it.
8. Accuracy of data you enter
TrackForge’s output is only as good as its input. Splits, loads, wellness ratings, and injury records are entered by athletes and coaches. We do not verify them and cannot detect a mistyped number that makes a plan unsafe.
9. Limitations
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TrackForge is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. The limitations of liability in the Terms of Service apply to this disclaimer.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for personal injury. Where that is the case, those exclusions do not apply to you, and nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
