Plan the season.

Build in weeks and phases, then place a block against a target meet. Training days that land on a meet or a blocked day are listed before you confirm.

One log for track and weights.

Log each rep on the track as you run it. The weight room runs on the same plan, with last session's numbers beside today's.

A back squat in TrackForge with three sets logged: a previous column reading 145 by 5, 275 by 3 and 295 by 3, against today's 145, 275 and 305.

Review a readiness-based suggestion.

Check in at session start to get a suggested adjustment. The same score always gives the same suggestion, and you can still run the session as written.

A readiness card in TrackForge: suggested volume adjusted down 25 percent to protect coordination on a 72 score, with a prescribed 5 by 150m scaled to a suggested 4 reps.
